Voodoo Ritual Killing In London
The search for the killers of an African boy sparks a probe into allegations of human flesh being sold in London for witchcraft:
LONDON - The dismembered torso of the boy, whom police have named Adam, was found floating in the River Thames under London's famous Tower Bridge in January. Police believe he may have been killed because of a West African form of voodoo-like religion. Officers now suspect that gangs illegally importing exotic meat, such as chimpanzee and bush rat from West Africa, are involved in trading in substances used in African witchcraft that may include human body parts, according to a report in the Observer.
